| (1) Key holding only | £4 per key per calendar month. £30 one off charge if key is required on site outside of any schedualed patrol visits. |
| (2) Open / Close | £35 per day open and close, £19 each open or close, minimum 20 site attendances (open or close) per month |
| (3) Alarm response | 08:00 - 20:00 | £30£44 per response, including up to 20 minutes on site if required - £30 per hour required on site thereafter, charged in 15 minute intervals. |
| (4) Schedualed patrols | £18 per visit. Minimum 20 patrols per month, maximum 20 minutes per visit. |
| Combination from any of the above options | 2% discount applied to total for each additional service. |
| Supply and installation of single key, pin code access, box. | £40 one off fee, |
