Such complaints will be addressed under the organization's grievance and disciplinary procedures, with severe cases potentially leading to dismissal. In cases of sexual harassment, the issue may be both an employment and criminal matter.
  4. Offering training, development, and career advancement opportunities to all staff, enabling them to reach their full potential and contribute to the organization’s success.
  5. Making staff decisions based on merit, in line with any necessary exemptions permitted by the Equality Act.
  6. Reviewing employment practices and procedures regularly to ensure fairness and to remain compliant with changes in the law.
  7. Monitoring workforce diversity in areas such as age, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, and disability to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion. We will also assess and review the effectiveness of this policy annually.
