How Keyholding Works:

Key Collection:

Once you sign up for keyholding services, you provide a set of keys (and often alarm codes) to Kratos services Limited.

These keys are stored securely, following strict industry regulations to prevent unauthorised access.

Response:

If a response is triggered,  a trained officer is dispatched to your premises, using the keys to gain access and investigate the cause.

Incident Management:
Kratos Services Limited  assesses the situation,
which may involve liaising with emergency services or securing the premises if an issue is detected.
A full report will be provided, by us to you, after any response.
We are also happy to contact you, in the event of any incident, should you request at time of signing up to this service.
