Monday - Thursday only

A minimum of 28 days notice is required to use this booking method. Please contact us directly if your are unable to offer a minimum of 28 days notice.

Minimum 2 Stewards for up to 250 people then plus 1 Steward for every 250, or part of, thereafter, this includes Guests and working staff.

Minimum 4 hours per Steward required.

Travel is chargeable per hour or part of, in both direction, calculated by google maps minus 30 minutes free from Carlisle.

(example: 60 minutes from Carlisle for 2 Guards - 2 x 0.5 hours travel to the event + 2 x event hours + 2 x 0.5 hours travel from the event)

Please calculate accurately or contact us directly in advance, we cannot refund errors outside of the next paragraph.

Refunds within 72 hours of booking minus transaction fees approximately 5%, no refunds thereafter.

Please ensure you know your event legal capacity. Regardless of how many Stewards you assign, we will not over capacitate your venue and charges will still apply for the number of Stewards requested.

We act entirely within the law: if we are requested to deliver any licensable activity, we reserve the right to withdraw from the entire event without refund.
